The Adventure Guide has several Volumes, and its sole function is to give you XP. And lots of it. It was implemented recently exactly for people who want to level up fast. Story missions, especially the early ones, are very easy, very fast, and give XP scaled to your actual level. That's a lot of XP, too.
Completion of a dungeon is a minimum of 177800. World bosses are also nice and dense. For example Svanir Shaman and Claw of Jormag are 5 events near each other in quick succession. I had this issue, just join the Silverwastes during a Vinewrath event & put on your birthday boosters if you have any.
Use the "normal guide" sections to have a more economical training method. As has been mentioned, gw2crafts.net - basically just buy the stuff, craft what it says to craft - boom max craft ~40 mins or so. That being said, if you can stack crafting boosters to make it cost quite a bit less, but also makes it harder to follow the guides.
