On PS4, the frame-rate hovers around 26-30fps, whereas on Xbox One, you're looking at 24-26fps. -source. Average frame rates were 43 fps or the Pro and 46 fps for the One X. Not much difference there. -source. So an erratic 26fps on ps4 and 43fps on pro. These don't even go into detail on how horrid the frame-timing is.
